Return Policy

At MAYBACH Icons of Luxury, we are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy tailored to the specifics of our product portfolio. This policy applies to all of our products, including eyewear, leather goods, clothing, silverware, equestrian products, and perfumes.

1. Right to Cancel and Return

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract and return the products within 30 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. To exercise your right to return, you must notify us of your decision in writing within this period.

This notification can be made by email (berlin@maybach-luxury.com) or in writing.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact: Contact our customer service team to register the return or exchange. You will receive a return confirmation.
  2. Packaging: Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. For perfumes, the bottle must remain undamaged and unopened.
  3. Return Shipping: Send the product back to the specified address within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation. Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

3. Inspection of Product Condition

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect its condition:

  • Unopened Perfumes: These will only be accepted if they are in their original, unopened, and unused packaging.
  • Eyewear, Leather Goods, Silverware, and Equestrian Products: These items may only be returned if they are unworn and in pristine condition. Any signs of use may result in the return being declined.
  • Clothing: Must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Should the product show any signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

4. Warranty Conditions for Leather Goods

MAYBACH Icons of Luxury provides a warranty for its leather accessories for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Please retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

The warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects in the production of the leather accessory. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within one year of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

Material and/or Manufacturing Defects May Include:

  • Cracks in the leather
  • Torn seams
  • Broken metal parts
  • Broken straps or handles

Not Covered as Material and/or Manufacturing Defects:

  • Scars or colour variations in the natural leather surface
  • Fading of leather
  • Wear and tear through regular use
  • Defects in piping and/or zippers
  • Stains on white or light-coloured leather

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, third parties, alterations, or improper use.

Depending on the regulations of the state or country where the product was purchased, you may have additional rights.

5. Products Excluded from Returns

  • Personalised Items: Products that have been personalised or custom-made at the customer’s request.
  • Opened Perfumes: Due to hygiene regulations, perfumes can only be returned in their unopened, original packaging.
  • Used Vehicle Accessories: These cannot be returned after installation.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are generally possible, provided the desired product is available. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. If the desired product is more expensive than the original purchase, the difference must be paid. If the new product is cheaper, we will refund the difference.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been successfully inspected, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method. Any shipping costs incurred as part of the purchase will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
