Standard shipping: free of charge
USA & rest of the world
Standard shipping: EUR/USD 35 (free shipping for orders over EUR/USD 1,000)
Your order will be shipped from Germany. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, which are payable by you.

Personalised orders for custom-made products (e.g. saddles and saddlery articles) require a longer leadtime, which will be communicated to you individually.
Products that fall into the "bulky goods" category due to their weight or size (e.g. saddles, saddle racks) may incur different shipping costs, which we will inform you of individually after you place your order.
After dispatch of your order we will send you an express courier tracking number as dispatch confirmation and means for following up the shipping progress of your order.
